Friends of Clermont Christian School have a cost-free way to make a Christian education more affordable for our students!
Thanks to our partnership with the Ohio Christian Education Network (OCEN), your donation to Clermont Christian School’s scholarship fund can qualify you for a dollar-for-dollar Ohio state tax credit.

Determine your Ohio tax liability after other credits. Consult with your tax professional or refer to your Ohio Schedule of Credits that accompanies the Ohio IT 1040.

Give a donation towards the Clermont Christian School scholarship fund online via OCEN. You may contribute more than $750 per taxpayer, but the credit is capped at the lesser of $750 per taxpayer (so $1,500 for married couples filing jointly) or your Ohio tax liability.

Use the donation receipt sent to you by OCEN to claim your credit when you file your Ohio state taxes. You will then get your donation back as either a reduction in the tax you still owe or as a refund!

Your gift goes on to help fund a student’s education at Clermont Christian School. Students with a demonstrated financial need are prioritized, but all students are eligible to apply for an OCEN SGO scholarship.
